has been a student of Iyengar yoga since 1979 and has been teaching since 1985. She has studied in India with the Iyengars and received her Iyengar certification in 1988. She is co-director of Iyengar Yoga South Bay.

first studied Iyengar Yoga between 1976-1980. After a break of many years, she came to Iyengar Yoga South Bay in 1995, studying primarily with Linda Bostrom. She has been teaching yoga since 2000. Liz is a certified Iyengar teacher.

has been a student of Iyengar Yoga since the late 90's and started teaching in 2005. She was a student at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Los Angeles from 1998 to 2012 (when she moved to the Bay Area). She is a graduate of their Teacher Training Program and was Introductory II certified in 2010. She attended the Iyengar Yoga National Conventions in 2001 and 2005. She has also served on the Board of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Southern California. She continues her studies with her senior teacher Manouso Manos.

is a recent graduate of the Teacher Training program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute at San Francisco. She has been studying yoga at Iyengar Yoga South Bay for more than 10 years. She would like to make the benefits of yoga accessible to new students. Kim is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.

is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. He has practiced yoga since 1974, and has studied extensively at the California Yoga Center with Elise Miller and Larry Hatlett. He's a graduate of the 500-hour Advanced Studies / Teacher Training Program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco, and is fortunate to have studied with Geeta Iyengar in Pune, India in 2014. He also continues to study with Marla Apt and Jito Yumibe at Iyengar Yoga South Bay. He's committed to making yoga accessible, beneficial and enjoyable for everyone -- no matter one's age or physical condition. Richard is also an ardent mountaineer and wilderness guide, as well as a 3rd degree black belt in Karate-do (granted by Master Tsutomu Ohshima of Shotokan Karate of America).

has been a practitioner of Iyengar yoga since the mid 70s and an instructor since 1984. She has studied with the Iyengars in India several times as well as in the US at various conventions. She became a certified Iyengar teacher in 1988. In addition to teaching at Iyengar Yoga South Bay she has been an instructor in the Teacher Training program at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco since 1992. She is a co-director of Iyengar Yoga South Bay.
