|4 Week Intro series||Highly suitable for those with absolutely no exposure to Iyengar yoga. 4 classes spread over 4 weeks. No make-ups for missed classes. Offered periodically throughout the year.|
|Level 1||This class is suitable for beginners new to yoga.|
|Level 1-2||Suitable for beginners and those with prior exposure to Iyengar yoga.|
|Level 2-3||Prior exposure to Iyengar yoga required. Familiar with shoulderstand and beginning practice of headstand.|
|Level 4||For intermediate and advanced Iyengar yoga students. Regular practice of inversions and inversion variations and all categories of poses.|

Do I need to pre-register?
No, you are welcome to drop in to any class.
Do I need to bring anything?
Iyengar Yoga South Bay is fully equipped with changing rooms, mats, props, and public restrooms. Some students prefer to bring their own mats.
Please advise your teacher before class if you are pregnant or have significant health problems as alternative poses may be suggested.
Do not eat immediately before class.
Do wear comfortable attire.
T-shirts with shorts or footless tights are recommended.
Please no long baggy pants.
