Weekly Pranayama Class Offered Online
Our studio is collaborating with the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco to offer Victoria Austins’s twice weekly pranayama classes. When you register for the class using the link below, a percentage of your fees will come back to support our studio. You will be asked to create an account with the Iyengar Yoga Institute to register using mind/body. The class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00-8:00 AM. Register at this link.

What is Vinyasa Yoga?
The asanas are practiced in a sequence one after the other emphasizing movement from pose to pose, sometimes referred to as jumpings. In the Iyengar tradition, attention to alignment is still emphasized.

This class is not appropriate if you have back, knee, shoulder or other joint or health problems. Women should not attend if they are on their cycle or pregnant. It is appropriate if you are a beginner to yoga and for all who are heathy and need to move.

We are excited to offer new classes as well as online registration.
Register online in 3 steps:
  1. Create a new account here. This is a one-time step.
  2. Purchase a class pass once your account is set up.
  3. Register for classes from the class schedule.
    Register for the class you wish to attend, or just come as you usually do.

Masks are optional! IYSB Studio Is Open For In-Person Classes!
Almost all classes are being offered both in-person at our fully equipped studio in Campbell and online via the Zoom app. For online classes you must email the instructor to get the Zoom invitation (URL) and password. Email addresses are listed on our Instructors page.

Please check our class listings carefully before heading to the studio to make sure the class you want isn't online only!

Masks are optional! But in compliance with Santa Clara County Health Department requirements, vaccinations are still required for all in-person classes.

Physical distancing will not be required. Depending on the size of the class, you may be able to distance your mat, however it may not always be possible.

We will be sharing our studio props. Of course you are welcome to bring your own props if you like.
